Role Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful management and execution of strategic projects that are of moderately sized risk and of medium complexity. Projects typically involve multiple workstreams, each with cross-functional teams; include efforts by external partners and vendors; and can be enterprise in scale. Projects may consist of analysis work to build business cases, or implementation work which might involve changes to people, processes, or technology.
The Project Manager will work closely with investments, operations, technology, marketing, legal, and other partners to document desired outcomes and key results, identify activities required to achieve these outcomes, plan the resources, sequence activities, and manage execution against the agreed upon plan.
Responsibilities:
Develop project concepts. Collaborate with internal business customers to decompose business aspirations into executable bodies of work. Explain that vision through effective storytelling. Build business cases by partnering with all stakeholders. Secure buy-in from executive management. Incept projects. Create project charters, work breakdowns, and highly detailed project plans, integrated with dependent efforts elsewhere within the company. Create effective project governance structures. Define measurable success criteria. Hold kickoff sessions. If necessary, participate in RFPs and help facilitate the contracting process with external parties. Act as a trusted advisor. Perform business analysis. Become proficient with the domain. Consult with subject matter experts and help develop solutions. Present solutions and drive consensus. Manage internal and external stakeholders. Proactively monitor project progress and health. Manage schedule, scope, and cost against the plan. Continuously assess resource needs, constraints, dependencies, risks, and issues. Support, inspire, and coach workstream and task leads. Provide transparency through regular and proactive status reporting. Ensure successful delivery of business value. Manage adoption through effective communication and awareness of change resistance. Assess progress towards outcomes and key results.Typical Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND2+ years of relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications:

Work Flexibility:
This role is eligible for hybrid work up to two days a week.

Base salary ranges:
$91,500.00 - $156,500.00 for the location of: California, New York$81,000.00 - $138,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C
$73,000.00 - $125,000.00 for the location of: Colorado, Maryland, Washington and all other US locations
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
