Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to manage and oversee a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate has excellent problem-solving skills, is organized and detail-oriented, and has a solid understanding of construction and commercial project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and create project plans, timelines, and budgets.Manage and coordinate subcontractors and other personnel related to construction projects.Oversee and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.Monitor progress and review progress reports.Liaise with clients to meet project expectations.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Monitor and manage budgets, schedules, and quality of work.Review and analyze project performance data.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field experience.Proven experience working with construction and commercial projects.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and other relevant technologies.
