Project Manager

Nisga'a Tek's work ensures mission assurance and execution for customers and warfighters. Summary: Nisga’a TEK, LLC is looking for a Project Manager at our Honolulu, HI location. This person will serve as a Project Manager as a single point for various contracts and Leadership and shall be authorized to report on the status of and direct all activities and staff under this effort. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Manages programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing programs, directs, and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of programs Directs and coordinates, personally or through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of program Reviews reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives Prepares program reports for superiors Controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations #CJ Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to information technology operations Possess demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing projects with the same scope and complexity providing collaboration and continuity, while leading the team Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources Ability to analyze and interpret financial information Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) Strong leadership and mentoring skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Management Information Systems Must have a Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level III Minimum ten (10) years of documented experience in a similar role to this key position Minimum ten (10) years of the following: Successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this requirement Experience in a DoD IT environment Experience managing performance-based order requirements Experience having oral and written communication with the highest levels of management Managing large scale deployments of enterprise applications Managing a combination of virtual and physical server infrastructure environments Experience in DoD Information Technology security practices Possess DoD 8570.01-M/DoD 8140 Certification IAW established mandate prior to start of order Minimum of Top Secret Clearance is required Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience serving in the U.S. Air Force, or a demonstrated understanding of Air Force operations The salary range for this position is $140,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually Pay and Benefits At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
