Job Description Insight Global is hiring an We are seeking an Operations and Continuous Improvement Manager for our pharmaceutical client based in Boston. The Operations and Continuous Improvement Manager for to support project portfolios, oversee change management, track KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires collaboration across Quality, Regulatory, Tech Ops, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment on post-approval changes. Key Responsibilities: -Lead strategic process improvement projects using methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma and DMAIC. -Act as a change sponsor to implement new processes and systems. -Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. -Drive cross-functional alignment for post-approval changes. -Support change control owners, remove roadblocks, and track KPIs. -Develop and implement metrics to measure business operations and communicate trends. Required Skills: -Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen). -Experience in change management within operations or process improvement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders. -Self-starter with a proactive approach to enhancing efficiency. -Advanced knowledge of GMPs and CMC regulatory considerations in pharmaceuticals. -Proficiency in Smartsheet for tracking and communication. -Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
