Personal Qualities and Experience: Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills are needed. Well-developed communication skills oral, written, listening. Good analytical and negotiation skills, and close attention to detail. More than five years of demonstrated, relevant project management experience in managing large complex programs/projects utilizing multiple delivery methodologies using the Agile principle/approach to various methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or etc.) is required.
Education and Certifications: Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited college or university. Project Management Certification (PMP) or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.
