As a IT/ Business Change Project Manager you will be responsible for implementation of a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform and business change in a highly regulated environment.

As a Project Manager your key responsibilities will include:

To understand current Project structure and approach.
To manage and plan customer requirements at a detail level and roll up to overall project plan.
Fulfill all requirements of the corporate PMO methodology and reporting requirements - implementing and driving full project governance and RACI.
Senior Stakeholder Management across Business
Strong external vendor/ management for SaaS implementation partner in accordance with internal regulatory/ IT validation polices,
Must have thorough understanding of full SDLC lifecycle in a GxP/ regulated environment - full design, development, test and release (SDLC).
Strong risk, assumption, issues and interdependencies management skills
Strong SDLC experience an Agile Scrum setting

As Project Manager your skills and experience will include:

Agile Project Management experience and relevant PM qualifications
Significant experience of SDLC SaaS implemented by third party vendors in GxP/ Regulated environment, understands all IT Validation concepts
Experience of Pharma or Life science industry is required
Solid understanding of the software deployment process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
Skill in conceptualizing creative solutions, then document, present and gain buy in from senior management.
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
Ability to communicate with all functional areas of the business and IT
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
Ability to operate under a dual reporting relationship (internal business and IT)
Strong problem solving skills
7+ year’s experience managing business change and complex external vendor relationship
Ability to define the ongoing operational approach, including support, maintenance and business as usual processes.

Preference for PMP and Agile Scrum Certification
