Complete Description:
This PM needs to have a wide range of project experience:
Application Development experience with both client server and web applications
Infrastructure - upgrade to existing systems and implementation of new technology and processes
Consolidation - Integration of systems, support and processes from other departments to a centralized environment
Vendor Management - implementation and support of third party systems
The PM will need to work on multiple concurrent projects. They will be interfacing with business and technical partners from within DAS and also with other state departments varying in disciplines (example: Revenue vs. Natural Resources)
A background as a Business Analyst is excellent as this PM may need to gather and create business requirements as well.
There is some use of the Agile methodology, but most of the projects follow the standard PMBOK methodology.
