Project Manager

Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective pre-construction services and processes.Manage the day-to-day operations of projects in line with the established project management process.Ensure that projects remain on schedule and within budget.Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders, and oversee the execution of these contracts.Manage change orders and ensure timely close-outs.Provide regular progress reports to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.3+ years of experience in construction project management.Demonstrated knowledge of bidding, pre-construction services, project management, budget control, subcontracts/purchase orders, and close-outs.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.BenefitsComprehensive Healthcare Options401K Match
