Your purposr:
Deliver Project and Programme Management services across diverse projects.Work independently with senior support, maintaining a proactive approach. Manage project risk and chair risk workshops.Oversee sub consultants and contractors to ensure quality delivery. Support Account Managers with monthly reports and weekly client updates, managing project chaanges. Understand and manage clients' programme and project objectives.Maintain client relationships and service delivery on a project basis.Promote AtkinsRéalis services and their benefits to clients. Assist in developing new business opportunities and generating repeat business.Contribute to project governance and fee management activities.What you can bring:
Essential-
Relevant construction qualification.Member or candidate for membership of a professional body (RICS, APM, CIOB).Highly motivated, independent worker with attention to detail.Experience delivering building projects from inception to completion.Client-facing experience on a commission/project basis.Experience with JCT and/or NEC contract administration. Positive contribution to internal teams, adding value.Good understanding of programme and scheduling software. Technical knowledge in health, safety, and environmental standards in construction.Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.Desirable-
