Project Manager
Job Title: Project CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing enrollments received by the Provider Sales team for program compliance and data accuracy. This role serves as the go-to contact for program-specific sell-in requirements and installation logistics, ensuring the accuracy of data within our internal database. Responsibilities + Review enrollments received by the Provider Sales team for program compliance and data accuracy. + Act as the go-to contact for program-specific sell-in requirements and installation logistics. + Ensure data accuracy within the internal database. + Serve as the liaison between Installation Vendors and Customers throughout the installation process. + Coordinate all hardware and technician deliverables to meet installation schedules. + Conduct onboarding training with Customers. + Interact with Customers to provide information in response to inquiries and concerns about our solutions and services. + Assist Customers, Installation Vendors, and Internal Departments with resolving issues involving internet connectivity. Essential Skills + Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. + Strong project management skills with 1-2 years of experience. + Proficiency in MS Office software, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with advanced abilities in Excel. + Ability to craft clear, grammatically correct, and professional business communication. + Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining successful cross-functional relationships. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong computer competency with database systems is a plus. + Must be a team player and work efficiently with a diverse group of people. + Enjoy working with deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written. + Adaptability to support a dynamic department. + Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Focused and results-oriented with the ability to deliver by deadlines. + A 'can-do' attitude in an entrepreneurial and opportunity-driven environment with changing priorities. + Critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems. + Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities. + Problem-solving abilities to proactively make recommendations for solutions. Work Environment The position is located in Cincinnati, OH, and requires the candidate to work onsite. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
