Principal Responsibilities: + ASSA ABLOY sales and business development in Lithuania. + ASSA ABLOY business, sales and profitability development. Reporting to Assa Abloy Baltic management and Abloy BU management. + Active sales and customer service. + Active search for new construction projects. + Technical support to Employer. + Developing new tools to support the Employer. + Collection of databases of existing and potential construction companies and construction projects. + Consulting investors, construction companies, architects, designers and other decision makers. + Price requests handling for construction projects. + Monitoring the market (SWOT, competitors, and tendencies). + Active sales presentations and product demonstrations. + Active communication with clients and dealers. + Development and execution of the sales strategies. + Analysis of sales and development of the appropriate solutions to increase sales. + Preparing and presenting to management action plans to reach sales targets. + Cooperate and share full information about projects and customers with other employees. + Development of a broad network of dealers, clients, and productive business relationships. + Other tasks given by the Employer. Education, Work Experience and Personal Qualities + Higher education in engineering and/or business management. + Business development experience in building materials or related sectors. + Successful experience in developing product end users and/or project business and distribution channels. + Skills and experience in solution sales and marketing, and sales management. + Proven leadership skills. + Efficient capabilities to manage and prioritize multiple projects. + Excellent communication and negotiation skills. + Advanced English language skills.
