Other duties:
Complete and pass all assigned eLearning courses and certifications as required. Ensures their direct report remain current.Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations.Avoid all real or perceived conflicts of interest and always maintain client privacy and confidentiality.Perform other job duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, plus 6+ years of progressive management experience including management of major projects across matrix organizationsPMP PreferredProficient in Microsoft Office toolsProficient in Microsoft Project and or Microsoft Project ServerExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skillsProven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfactionProven problem-solving skills from problem assessment to solution selectionAbility to identify alternatives and make contingency plansCapacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering prioritiesData & Analytics program background is preferredProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAbility to handle multiple projects and assignmentsAbility to demonstrate critical thinking, providing options and recommendations relating to resolving issues, mitigating risks, and resolving escalated items.Limited travel may be required Benefits
