Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Manager.
In this role, the successful candidate The Project Manager who can be either monolingual or bilingual will be responsible for the day to day management of the operational and clinical aspects of the program This includes ensuring accurate and timely data collection at SAMHSA required time points reporting data internally and to SAMHSA and assisting the Principal Investigator in supporting program implementation The Project Manager will also be involved in local implementation and ongoing collaboration with community and training partners
Job Responsibilities:
Making referrals and requests for consultation when necessary Attending and/or leading required meetings and being responsible for follow up of directives given at meetings Providing information and referrals to assist clients regarding resources and support systems Submitting and monitoring charts for utilization review in accordance with clinic policies Completing all documentation in compliance with clinic hospital and regulatory agency standards Adhering to managed care requirements and complying with mandates in a timely fashion Reviewing co signing and providing feedback on documentation for unlicensed staff Involving client s as a partner in the care in the treatment planning process Operationalizing goals and objectives Demonstrating cultural competence Contacting appropriate level of care support systems Utilizing supervisory consultation structure appropriately Meeting routinely and making self available to supervisees Providing in service training for staff and initiating leadership Reviewing medical records as required according to clinic policies Reporting the status of supervisees and related issues to the Manager and Vice President Taking initiative in committee meetings and following through in a timely manner Following up with clinical care on a continuous and timely basis Attending professional conferences and trainings to enhance clinical and/or managerial skills Demonstrating positive organizational skills Demonstrating creative and critical thinking regarding problem solving processes Showing the ability to multi task Meeting regularly with the designated treatment team and following up on issues Providing supervisory coverage as needed when called upon Overseeing supervisees quality and quantity of work and intervening appropriately Participating in organizational meetingsMinimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors Degree in business administration health care administration or an equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible related experience including program/project coordination or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office Applications such as World Excel Access PowerPoint and Outlook Effective oral written communication interpersonal skills Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and must work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers

A detailed orientated person with good communication and organizational skills A critical thinker with time management skills and is self directed and motivated

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $79,698.01 – $98,280.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
