JOB SUMMARY: ESIS seeks a Project Manager to be responsible for planning and overseeing controls projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project Managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage safety polices and compliance. Responsible for ensuring safe work practices are being met in the field through job site inspections. Handle customer complaints/relationship. Host and plan customer training sessions as needed. Assist with man-power planning as needed. Review Payroll as needed. Prepares job schedule as needed. Prepares job estimates. Read, review and follow project related documents such as blueprints, drawings, project scope, budgets, deadlines, and sequence of operation for proper execution requirements Work with Programmers and commissioning agents to test and troubleshoot system operations. Attend job site meetings to represent & discuss work flow, scheduling and progress Responsible for the planning, direction, and control of a designated project. Allocates and supervises the utilization of material and assist with personnel resources assigned to the project. Applies to the project intensified management techniques, procedures, and controls to endure compliance with contract and budget. Conducts close liaison and coordination with vendors, the General Contractor, and other sub-contractors. Reports status of his project to company leadership on a recurring basis. Maintain safe work environment on all projects. Promote and participate in education and training opportunities that allow the company and its employees to meets stated goals, objectives and business plans. Provides junior associates with a "role model" example of the company's business and work ethics as delineated in MSI's Mission Statement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

5 Years of experience with electrical (120vac, 24vac, 24vdc and 12vdc) or HVAC experience; preferably with low voltage control systems, including experience with ladder logic, relay logic, controllers, and field controllable devices. Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures. Proficient knowledge or Microsoft Office

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Demonstrate expert level aptitude as it relates to control systems. Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities. High energy level. Strong work ethic Must be able to accurately and calmly handle multiple priorities (with interruptions) and still meet deadlines. Physical activities to include standing, balancing, climbing stairs & ladders, walking and lifting of weights of 50lbs. or more are required in daily performance of job. Use of upper extremities required for forward and overhead reaching, pushing, and pulling material handling.
