Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to manage the Design/Build process for various facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and design, with a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
ResponsibilitiesManage the Design/Build process for facilities.Prepare subcontractor/RFP scope of work.Negotiate subcontracts.Secure governmental approvals.Finalize design details with clients, design team, and consultants.Establish and manage project schedule.Manage field staff.Manage project costs.Train and develop field personnel and Assistant Project Managers.Essential SkillsProject managementConstruction managementDesignCommercial constructionExperience with subcontracts and RFIsProficiency in ProcoreMechanical knowledgeProficient in Microsoft OfficeAdditional Skills & QualificationsCM or equivalent degree preferred5+ years of experience in Construction Project ManagementProcore experience preferredExcellent communication skillsAbility to work closely with team membersWork Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm. The position requires commuting to project sites, and a gas card/mileage reimbursement will be provided. There are opportunities to work from home for two days a week, but flexibility is required.
