Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a **Hybrid** **Project Manager** job opportunity located in Irving, TX 75039 zip code.
**Shift: Mon – Fri 7am – 4pm**
**Pay Rate: $** **50.00/HR**
**Length: 4 months.**
**POSITION SUMMARY:**
**This role will lead new product launch projects in collaboration with Sr. Product Lifecycle Managers, supply partners, internal and external stakeholders, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.**
**This position requires an energetic, adaptable, and results-focused individual with excellent communication, administrative, organization skills, and attention to detail. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have demonstrated ability to influence, lead project execution, drive results, and collaborate across the business.**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the introduction and the launch of generic pharmaceutical drug products from new/existing supply partners for: First time product launch (new product, new contract manufacturer and new market); New SKU launch from existing pharmaceutical drug product; Supplier switches
+ Establish and lead Product Launch Team comprising of Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Supplier and Product Quality groups to ensure alignment towards target launch dates and to ensure that project deliverables are achieved on time
+ Lead supplier meetings, follow-up on action items, generate and distribute meeting minutes to all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment
+ Anticipate, identify, report and highlight any potential risks, issues and challenges to the project stakeholders
+ Recommend and implement adjustments when required
+ Set clear priorities to the Product Launch Team & ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project & departmental metrics.
+ Maintain accurate product pipeline database detailing anticipated launch dates
+ Conduct post launch project review sessions to identify key lessons learned and improvement opportunities for the launch of future products
+ Build/maintain effective working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure successful roll out of new products
+ Coordinate/support other site strategic initiatives as required
+ Product lifecycle – Maintaining the product lifecycle status, including communicating status to internal stakeholders including Government pricing, finance, analytics, Business Development
+ Assist in monitoring of performance standards and related activities of contract manufacturers
+ Assist in ensuring client policies are conducted correctly and efficiently
**Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
+ Quality oriented and rigorous attention to detail, coupled with a demonstrated track record of delivering on goals
+ Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
+ Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with personnel at all levels within the organization
+ Team player with an inclusive and collaborative mindset
+ Understanding of customs and beliefs of other groups or cultures
+ Ability to work independently and make decisions based on judgement and integrity
+ Proven technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transfer findings into report and presentation formats

+ Ability to service large complex customers and/or solutions
+ Ability to work proactively when anticipating issues and solving problems
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
