**Join Our Team as a Facilities Project Manager!**
**Are you a master of multitasking and passionate about project management? We’re looking for a dynamic Facilities Project Manager to oversee exciting projects from start to finish!**
**What You’ll Do:**
+ **Project Management:** Handle day-to-day programming, planning, design, construction, and activation of small projects.
+ **Budget & Schedule:** Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, meeting all objectives and regulations.
+ **Liaison Role:** Act as the go-between for clients, users, consultants, contractors, vendors, and outside agencies.
+ **Scope & Program Documentation:** Define project objectives, requirements, and constraints, considering functional needs and safety standards.
+ **Policy Development:** Assist in creating policies, guidelines, and standards, and represent the department on committees.
+ **Quality Control:** Implement measures to ensure compliance with policies, codes, and regulations.
+ **Communication:** Maintain regular updates to keep all project participants informed of status, issues, and actions needed.
+ **Furnishing & Equipment:** Manage the selection, purchasing, and installation process.
+ **Approval Process:** Oversee the review and approval of design work, budgets, and contracts.
+ **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate project records and cost estimates.
+ **Leadership:** Provide guidance and supervision to consultants.

**Job Type:**
+ Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 months.
**Work Site:**
+ Fully on-site position in Menlo Park, California.
**Work Environment:**
+ Work in an offsite facility in Menlo Park, associated with the main hospital.
+ Collaborate with EHS, Facilities, maintenance, and construction groups.
+ Part of the Project Management Office (PMO), overseeing construction and tenant improvement projects.
+ Full-time, in-office role with a 75/25 split between office and field work.
