Specializing in luxury residential and hospitality projects across six countries, this firm is known for its passion for exceptional design and quality craftsmanship from concept to completion.

They are searching for a Project Manager with a background in architecture or construction and at least 4 years of UK experience in high-end projects. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities: Drive Communication: Keep information flowing seamlessly between the design team, contractors, and clients. Master Planning: Develop and manage Project Execution Plans, clearly defining roles and responsibilities for everyone involved. Consultant & Contractor Coordination: Handle procurement processes, oversee RFPs, and negotiate to ensure the best outcomes. Budget & Design Oversight: Align design visions with budget and timeline expectations, making sure everything stays on track. Construction Supervision: Monitor construction progress, solve issues quickly, and ensure impeccable attention to detail in the final product.Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 5+ years managing luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects in the UK, with values up to £15m. Tech Savvy: Skilled in Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and Project; AutoCAD experience is a bonus. Strong Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with UK building regulations, planning, and construction methods. Great Communicator: Confident in client-facing roles, with excellent written and spoken English and a knack for keeping everyone organized. Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for bespoke finishes and a strong technical understanding of construction.
