Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee structural steel projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and efficient coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry. Strong understanding of structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection processes. Proficiency in project management software. Knowledge of building codes and regulations. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM). Welding and fabrication skills (a plus).

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring project alignment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Resolve problems and make decisions quickly to maintain project flow. Oversee the fabrication and erection of structural steel components. Manage and maintain project documentation and records.

Pay Details: $42.00 to $57.00 per hour
