Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with in-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience in working with Health Center Programs. This individual will provide strategic oversight, evaluation, and management of national-level public health programs, focusing on the Health Center Program funded by the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC). The ideal candidate will have broad and comprehensive expertise in program evaluation methodologies, health center operations, and performance improvement to ensure the successful implementation and assessment of key health initiatives. This is a hybrid position. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Program Management: Oversee and manage the execution of BPHC activities, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and alignment with broader public health goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation of program strategies. Monitor and track program performance against key metrics, budgets, and timelines. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting. Strategic Planning and Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies to refine program strategies and ensure alignment with federal, state, and local public health priorities. Provide expert guidance on policy and regulatory compliance related to the Health Center Program. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with BPHC leaders, staff, and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, gather insights, and identify areas for programmatic improvement. Organize and lead meetings, training sessions, and workshops to promote best practices and share key findings. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of national-level public health initiatives, specifically those related to the BPHC or health center programs. Expertise in program evaluation methodologies, data analysis, and reporting. Excellent project management skills, with experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and managing cross-functional teams. Proficiency in health program performance metrics, assessment tools, and reporting platforms. Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations. Familiarity with federal grant reporting, compliance, and quality assurance standards. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Experience working in a collaborative environment and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels (federal, state, local, and community). Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in program evaluation and/or program management, preferably in public health, community health, or with federally funded programs. Demonstrated experience working with the BPHC Health Center Program, including knowledge of federal health policies, funding mechanisms, and performance requirements (Desired). Must be a US citizen Ability to pass a employment background check. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in public health program evaluation for community health centers or similar health services programs. Familiarity with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) funding guidelines and reporting systems. Certification in program evaluation or project management (e.g., PMP, CPE).
