Job Description
As an experienced Project Manager, you will support the realization of global, multi-disciplinary, complex projects within the Connected Services department. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on implementing Over the Air (OTA) related services for software updating of vehicle systems through telecommunication solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and suppliers, to ensure the successful delivery of these projects.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the realization of global, multi-disciplinary, complex projects.Collaborate with project managers, product owners, architects, software developers, information/business analysts, hardware experts, and SMEs.Produce program schedules in close consultation with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.Actively monitor the progress of projects/programs and address deviations in a timely manner.Provide reports and presentations on the Quality, Timing, Cost, and Performance (QTCP) aspects of a program.Essential SkillsFive years of relevant experience supporting an Automotive OEM or supplier.Master’s degree in information technology, technical business administration, computer science, or engineering.At least 10 years of experience as a project manager with demonstrated achievements in complex, multidisciplinary technology programs/projects.Familiarity with common project management frameworks such as PMBoK, PMI PMP, IPMA, Prince2, SAFe, PAL-e.Experience in hybrid/agile projects.Proficiency in English and related business terminology.Additional Skills & QualificationsEnthusiastic, result-oriented, and pro-active attitude.Excellent communication skills.Analytical and structured approach.Business acumen and domain knowledge of automotive engineering and connected services.Competencies in team building, result/customer-oriented working, persuasiveness, and decisiveness.Work Environment
This position requires being on-site four days a week and allows for one day of remote work. The role is based in Lewisville.
