Job Description A client in Chicago is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. They will be overseeing a contact center transformation effort. Supporting the development and enhancements of the applications agents use to assist customers calling in. Some of the projects they will be overseeing will be from scratch and they need to put together the project plans, budget, risk assessment, etc. and further drive requirements throughout the delivery.
