We are HIRING for an **Infrastructure Project Manager III** for one of the largest global pharmaceutical sourcing and distribution services companies. A highly experienced **Infrastructure PM** is responsible for regularly **managing projects with team level integration points** . Manages project schedules, cost and quality proactively making recommendations within the project objectives This is a **FULLY REMOTE** ( **EST/CST ONLY** ) renewable (long-term) Contract opportunity based on **W2** (NO C2C). Starting ASAP. **MUST HAVE** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems or Engineering; or equivalent work experience + **7 to 10 years of IT work experience, including** **7 or more years managing IT infrastructure projects** + Related certification preferred + **Waterfall methodology** **, values, and procedures** + Managing detailed capital/expense budgets and reconciling actuals for internal resources and external spend. + **Complex projects** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail + Relevant business software (e.g. **Microsoft Office applications, Clarity/PPM, MS Project)** + Experience **deploying/upgrading IT infrastructure (i.e. network circuits, routers, switches, servers, m365 tenant migration, databases, large storage, end user hardware, conferencing technology, cloud migrations)** + Experience to handle multiple high priority projects is required. + Possess the ability to balance a willingness to engage with ideas different from their own, encourage others to express divergent perspectives, the capability to influence, conflict management, and teamwork. + Highly adaptable to changing environment. + Situational awareness of when to listen and when to be assertive. + Experience **deploying Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications to a large enterprise** **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING** + Establishes and manages project plans across the dimensions of schedule, cost, scope, and quality. + Records and monitors project actual and forecasted cost against the project budget. + Across multiple projects understands logical dependencies, identifies critical path, communicates and escalates key tasks to team members accordingly. + Responsible for proactively identifying variances to plan and developing appropriate mitigation plans. + Formulates corrective actions when project deliverables deviate from the work plan with the assistance of team members. + Identifies, solicits and documents specific project risk at initiation using various modes and questioning techniques. Proactively identifies, documents, and communicates risks throughout the project lifecycle, including gaining project stakeholder agreement. + Engages extended group of stakeholders in communications as appropriate.
