Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and delivery of projects across the e-learning, ed-tech, and space design domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of e-learning, ed-tech, and space design projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Define project objectives, success criteria, and key milestones in collaboration with stakeholders. Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a thorough understanding of their needs. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams including designers, developers, content creators, and engineers. Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure that team members are motivated and aligned with project objectives. Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting the sharing of ideas and continuous learning. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints. Allocate resources effectively, balancing the demands of multiple projects simultaneously. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to ensure project efficiency. Risk Management and Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies. Handle any project-related issues or conflicts, finding solutions that keep the project on track. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of clients. Quality Control and Reporting: Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, including performance metrics and progress against milestones. Ensure that projects comply with industry standards, company policies, and client expectations. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Education, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on e-learning, ed-tech, or space design projects. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana). Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of e-learning technologies and trends in educational technology is a plus. Familiarity with space design principles and integration of technology in physical environments is an advantage.Benefits:
