Job Description
We are currently sourcing for a Project Manager in Houston, TX to support our industrial facilities organization. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering or Business and at least 10 years of experience in engineering or project management, specifically in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial facilities sectors.
ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee project execution from conception to completion.Coordinate and manage construction management tasks, including change orders and RFIs.Collaborate with project engineering teams to ensure project goals are met.Maintain and control project documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations.Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development activities.Lead project planning and front-end engineering design (FEED) efforts.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Essential SkillsAt least 10 years of experience in engineering and project management.Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.Professional Project Management (PMP) certification.Experience in petrochemical, oil & gas, or industrial facilities sectors.Strong client management and business development experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in project coordination and construction management.Knowledge of industrial engineering and facilities management.Proficiency in FEED, front-end, and capital expenditure (capex) projects.Experience in site development and document control.Work Environment
The role is based in an office environment, requiring 40 hours per week. You will be working with a dedicated team focused on delivering high-quality projects in the industrial sector. The position offers a competitive salary, holiday benefits, and PTO.
