We are looking to add a Civil Construction Project Manager to our growing team. Our clients are working with some of the largest programs and agencies throughout NJ. We need someone who's comfortable interacting with clients, maintaining budget/schedule and managing union subcontractors. Please see the description below:
Job Description
The Project Manager’s primary role is to provide overall administrative and technical direction for projects up to $10MWorking in concert with Superintendents, PMs manage all aspects of project delivery including estimating, cost management, budget forecasting, scheduling and contract negotiationResponsible for leading all aspects of a project’s construction phase and serve as the point person for daily interaction with the client and engineersProject Managers oversee a staff that could include Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, Project Engineers, etcPerform all aspects of project-related cost managementAssist in the development and maintenance of the construction scheduleMonitor schedule and collaborate with team and subcontractors to meet milestonesBe able to successfully perform take-offs and budgets for estimates of up to $10MCollaborate on larger estimatesAssist in the developing, tracking and completing the project QA/QC programImplement the company’s Safety ProgramIdentify project issues and escalate to next level of management as necessaryDevelop strong relationship with Client by constant communication of schedules, financials and construction progressMotivate and develop subcontractor responses as a business partner.Keep management informed by providing monthly cost reports including forecasting of labor and subcontractor exposureProject Types

The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $67.30
