What You Will Be DoingProject specific planning (i.e. – Control Budget, Preplanning, PMO etc.), safety, quality, execution and financial oversight (i.e. – Craft onboarding, observations, incidents etc.)Application of broad understanding of industrial construction, organization, system and/or client needs to resolve highly complex problems.Serves as a strategic advisor to ongoing projects.Plans and directs activities/functions for multiple operations, program(s), or projects.Commit the program or organization to projects/expenditures within well-defined guidelines.What We Are Looking ForExperience: 10+ years’ experience with Heavy Industrial Mechanical Installation (equipment, piping, structural steel installation) with at least 5 years as a Foreman or Superintendent performing maintenance or outage work. Must be able to read prints and demonstrate thorough knowledge of pipe welder procedures and skillsDemonstrated industrial construction/maintenance history experience.Ability to forecast expenditures.Preference will be given to candidates with mining projects cement or aggregate experience.What We OfferHighly competitive benefits program, including:Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits.Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
