Adecco is seeking a highly organized and experienced **Project Manager** to support the critical integration activities for Credit Review associated with our client’s recent acquisition. This role will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition. This position offers competitive compensation ( **$43.28/hour** ) plus the flexibility of working onsite 2-3 days per week (between Tuesday and Thursday) in either McLean, VA, Richmond, VA, or Chicago, IL.

**Requirements:**
+ Proven experience in project management, with a focus on complex integration projects.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
+ PMP certification is a plus.
+ Experience working with financial services industry, specifically credit review, is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Project Management:**
+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
+ Identify and track dependencies, risks, and issues.
+ Proactively manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of deliverables.
+ **Communication and Stakeholder Management:**
+ Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leadership (VP level), to effectively communicate project status, risks, and decisions.
+ Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive consensus and resolve issues.
+ Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and updates.
+ **Integration Activities:**
+ Support the integration of Credit Review processes, systems, and data.
+ Collaborate with the Integration Office to ensure alignment with overall integration strategy.
+ Identify and address integration challenges and opportunities.
**Pay Details:** $43.28 per hour
