Visit arcfield.com for more details. Responsibilities The Systems Integrator (SI) will support the Joint Use Liaison Team within the cloud organization. The SI function as a Project Manager on the team and collaborate across the organization to: Providing systems integration support for the Sponsor components(s), to include integrated portfolio support of project Providing support to the Sponsor’s governance and management processes, to include the management of technical and executive program management processes, to include the management of technical and executive program management interchange meetings, support to ongoing collection and program analysis, reporting, and coordination Assessing technical plans, guiding implementation, and required Community and Sponsor wide coordination of activities, and defining program phases, sequencing, and required deliverables for the Sponsor’s systems Working with the division level Project Managers with planning and coordinating program management process activities and leveraging experience to recommend streamlined and efficient business processes, to include developing standard operating procedures and associated documentation Assist in the facilitation of all control gate activities to include at a minimum tailoring, planning for, gathering details, determining stakeholders and signatories, and conduct briefings Coordinate with other team members and ensure problem solution, appropriate risk reduction, and stakeholder satisfaction Assist in the identification and tracking of action items, tracking, and monitoring of on-going projects and initiatives, coordination of project schedule and capturing meeting minutes Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 Demonstrated experience supporting Executive levels and interactions Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail; Ability to synthesize information from various resources Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, self-starter Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment Excellent communication and writing skills; strong interpersonal, networking, and critical thinking skills Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules Ability to coordinate information flow that occurs between all programs and organizational managers Demonstrated knowledge of business and management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources Demonstrated ability to monitor project cost, schedule, and performance, and assess variances from the plan to take corrective action Ability to identify complex problems, review related information to develop and evaluate options, and implement solutions Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, sufficient to convey complex ideas and information on technical/administrative mission-related issues in a well-organized, logical, concise, credible, and courteous manner that is appropriate for the situation, topic, and listener Critical thinking skills sufficient to make sound and timely recommendations and/or decisions in unique situations considering alternate actions Ability to work independently and amongst a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and other tools in order to format and adapt submitted correspondence EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
