Develop detailed service proposals, including scope, timelines, cost estimations, and deliverables for clients. 3. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process. 4. Actively contribute to the acquisition of new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers. 5. **Project Management:** 6. Lead and manage all aspects of metal cleaning projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. 7. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk assessments. 9. **P&L Management:** 10. Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the Metal Cleaning Division, including tracking revenue, costs, and margins. 11. Monitor the financial health of projects and ensure profitability by managing budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving efficient operations. 12. Provide regular financial performance reports to senior leadership and recommend actions for improvement. 13. **Client Relationship Management:** 14. Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. 15. Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and provide updates on project progress. 16.
