Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities: * Project Manager will lead and manage the end-to-end process of multi-disciplinary programs from start to finish to determine and define project scope and objectives * Work with different cross functional partners across the company and communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, determine project schedules and deliver on time * Run risk management meetings to prioritize and minimize potential risks, as well as plan for mitigation * Set timelines and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders * Monitor and report progress at the project level and enforce deadline and make adjustment as needed * Maintain project documentation & publish to SharePoint when applicable * As an Agile leader, use the Agile tools and practices to track and manage the project backlog and prioritize in JIRA * Ensure the team is following Agile principle and practice and easily adopt to the new changes * Identifying, tracking, and reporting on risks, issues, dependencies, impediments at an epic/initiative level * Ensure project artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases are properly documented
