Overview Goldbelt Operations Support Services, LLC (GbOSS) offers expert construction, renovation, and support services. GbOSS has expertise in construction, renovation, and support services, from design-build to finish work. GbOSS utilizes a skillset as general contractors to assist federal clients and is 8(a) certified. Summary: GbOSS is in search of a Project Manager in Chambersburg, PA. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall Project Management duties, submittals, and hands-on review of work in place, administration and execution of all meetings and reporting, documentation, and close-out of the project. This individual will interface with the construction team and subcontractors. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Coordinating all actions with the various contracting officers, subcontractors, and GbOSS staff, as well as coordinating requirements for replacement staff with President Operations Project management of the assigned contracts within the approved budgets and will review fiscal performance with the Senior Accountant/Comptroller assigned to support GbOSS Preparing input into the GbOSS Project Financial Reports that will be submitted to Goldbelt Senior Management in a format specified Managing all subcontractors on assigned projects and coordinating the hiring and termination of employment of assigned staff, after receiving the approval of the GbOSS President Operations During the course of normal duties, the employee is expected to identify new business opportunities and to develop a relationship with the government representatives that will allow GbOSS to be awarded new contracts from existing clients and new contracts of similar nature from new clients utilizing the Goldbelt and GbOSS past performance The employee will not have the authority to negotiate and accept contract modifications but will support the GbOSS President and Operations Manager on these types of actions Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Skill in operating personal computers utilizing a variety of computer software, Procore, Microsoft Suites, including Microsoft Project Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with our management team, employees, and clients Possess knowledge of federal and state financial regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulations Minimum Qualifications: Minimum five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience and knowledge of Project Management related to vertical construction to include structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and finishes Demonstrated experience in managing both represented and non-represented workforce Demonstrated experience and ability to implement quality control and safety plan based upon the First Aid/CPR Certificate Ability to successfully pass an employment background check Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. US Army Corps of Engineers Safety Manual and NAVFAC/USACE CQC Certification (FARs) and Defense Acquisition Regulations (OARs) Pay and Benefits: At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
