Project Manager

As Project Manager you are responsible for the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives from inception to completion ensuring they meet all scope, timeline and budget requirements as assigned. You will partner with project owners, venue leadership and corporate departments to help develop roadmaps for successful implementation of projects, adoption on a venue level and build key performance metrics to measure success and implement successful action plans. The selected candidate is responsible for creating and delivering against a strategy to support adoption and change, communication and processes including influence over project execution, partnering with business stakeholders, risks to plan and appropriate mitigation strategies to help lead to successful transformation across our business. Expect that you will need to be comfortable managing tight timelines and deliverables. You need to bring with you your project management skillset, creativity, forward thinking, operations passion, and attention to detail. We will provide the strategy, remote work capabilities, community caring and switched-on people to work with. Key Responsibilities + Delivering client and customer satisfaction and fostering teamwork. + Develop and manage a detailed project schedules and work plans. + Assist in delivering project's goals, objectives, and scope with project owners and stakeholders. + Manage and communicate consolidated project status, risks, KPIs and action plans to stakeholders, performance. + Deliverable / deadline creation and management. + Communication at all levels inside and out of the company. + Assist in drafting standard operating procedures, business requirements, and training materials. + Manage project governance and transparency. + Managing and escalating project status changes. + Manage the project delivery site with up-to-date schedules, approved financials, decision logs, risk register, requirements, and other project related documents. + An attention to detail and inherent ability to multitask. + Communicate regularly with the client/project team to ensure expectations are aligned. + Regularly assess current state and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement. + Serve as an escalation point and lead for improvements. + Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement. + Identifies, escalates key issues, risks, roadblocks in delivering customer solutions. + Work with project teams on completeness of plans related to new projects. + Coordinate business teams for the development of User Acceptance Test scenarios and scripts. + Predict resources, load resource maps, and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. + Track project costs in order to meet budget. + Work closely with Finance and IT for project transparency and acceptance. Preferred Education and Experience Profile + Experience implementing projects across multi-unit, diverse organizations. + Strong project skills and able to concurrently support large global deployments. + Operations, Finance experience + Solid organization and prioritization skills + Ability to contribute to a team environment across all levels with a high degree of professionalism. + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written + Project Management certification(s) + Working knowledge of various corporate & enterprise systems Note The essential responsibilities of this position are described under the headings above.
