A Day in the Life:Ensure Labour target rates are set and managedCommunicate with the project team on a daily basisEstablish and maintain relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and customersIdentify potential conflicts and negotiate best solutionsMain point of contact for assigned scope of workTake the lead on project kickoffs, hand offs and autopsy meetings with the project teamWork with Safety, Site Supervisor and Foreman to ensure all Safety measures are in placeUse our various internal operation programs (such as PIL & PFP)Pre-plan the execution of projects and develop schedule with project teamDevelop schedule of valuesDevelop, track and negotiate change ordersResponsible for time, cost and overall project performance
