Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and support customer growth and individual projects. The ideal candidate will act as a visionary for the team, with ample opportunities for growth into senior management positions. This individual MUST come from a mechanical background within equipment and machine design for manufacturing. Agile, Scrum and UX project management is not considered.
ResponsibilitiesSupport customer growth and manage individual projects.Oversee and strategize project planning without constant oversight.Manage project schedules and budgets effectively.Present project updates and results to high-level leadership.Collaborate with customers on custom projects.Travel to manufacturing facilities and customer sites as required (initially up to 40%, reducing over time).Essential Skills4+ years of Project Management experience.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or other engineering specializationExperience with automated equipment, robotics, or complex machinery.Proficiency in scheduling and budget management.Bachelor of Science degree or relevant work experience.Excellent communication skills.Ability to strategize and plan independently.Work Environment
Onsite in Colorado on a hybrid schedule or fully remote with 40% travel expectations.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $65.00
