**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Project Leadership:** Plan, coordinate, and execute field trial activities with precision and efficiency.
+ **Client-Focused:** Be the go-to liaison between clients and internal teams, delivering updates on milestones and results.
+ **Team Development:** Train and mentor staff, ensuring top-notch quality in data collection and project execution.
+ **Smooth Operations:** Manage logistics like seed and product receipt, ensuring seamless workflows during growing seasons.
**What You Bring to the Table:**
+ **Passion for Agriculture:** A motivated professional with a strong background in field research or agronomy.
+ **Education:** Master’s degree in Agriculture preferred, with expertise in agronomy, entomology, plant pathology, microbiology, weed science, or plant breeding & biotechnology.
+ **Technical Proficiency:** Skilled in Microsoft Office with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
+ **Hands-On Expertise:** Strong knowledge of crop production, breeding techniques, and farming practices is a major plus.
+ **Proactive Mindset:** Eager to learn, grow, and lead independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
