ResponsibilitiesEmpower AI: Serves as the Project Manager for a large, complex project. Responsible for the planning, initiating, and management of multiple Information Technology projects. Leads and guides the work of a planning staff. Serves as liaison between programmatic and technical aspects of projects and initiatives. Plans project stages and phases and assesses the business, mission, and technical implications of each. Monitors progress to assure deadlines, standards, and contract requirements.

Oversees the efforts of planning staff in managing the lifecycle of assigned projectsAnalyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirementsGathers and organizes technical information about an organization’s mission goals and needsPerforms requirements gathering and analysis of those requirementsPerforms functional analysis to identify required tasks and their interrelationshipsPerforms functional allocation and identifies resources required for each taskPerforms risk analysis that also include risk assessmentAssists government Program Managers who are managing specific programs at the Delivery Order or Technical Task order (TTO) levelAssists the Government Program Managers with the management, administrative and technical oversight of the specific program portfolioResponsible for the day-to-day tactical duties for a moderate to highly complex technical programResponsible for the administrative/operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customerProvides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
TS/SCI clearance or eligibilityBachelor’s degree10 years of IT management or engineering leadership experienceExperience working in the defense industryDoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Project Manager qualified (DCWF 802)CCISO, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSMP, or GSLC certifiedProject Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifiedInformation Technology Information Library (ITIL) Foundation certificationIntermediate management expertise with experience leading enterprise technical teams.Intermediate knowledge of program and project management concepts, processes, and techniques consistent with the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) and industry best practice.Intermediate expertise in decomposing project requirements to generate a work breakdown structure.Intermediate expertise in risk management analysis and procedures.Intermediate communication expertise with experience delivering written and oral presentations to military and Government personnel.Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Teams, Project, and PowerPoint.
