Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description

The Projects Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule, and operational interfaces of all design and construction-related activities for the various assigned projects. The Projects Project Manager will be focused on schedule certainty, budget delivery, and ensuring that construction work meets the required quality standards while enforcing a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on the project. The Projects Project Manager will ensure the development and implementation of design, construction, testing, commissioning, turnover plans, impacts to the operations, and risk mitigation for construction activities. The role involves working and coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring standards are adhered to.

ResponsibilitiesManage the scope, cost, schedule, and operational interfaces of all design and construction-related activities.Focus on schedule certainty, budget delivery, and quality standards for construction work.Enforce a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on the project.Ensure the development and implementation of design, construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover plans.Evaluate impacts to operations and optimize risk mitigation for construction activities.Coordinate and work with stakeholders to ensure standards are adhered to.Essential SkillsProject managementConstructionProject coordinationSchedule and budget managementProject planningDocumentation and reportingStakeholder managementSubject Matter Expertise (SME)Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).10 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects.Experience with projects valued at more than $50 million.Experience with various delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build and Design/Build.Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.Ability to work in CAD or REVIT preferred.Optional certifications such as AAAE, PE, PMP, AICP, or any other relevant professional licensure and/or certifications.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $138000.00
