Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description: The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating all technical aspects of the project, attending project meetings involving design and construction, preparing design and contract documents, assisting the construction administration team during the construction phase, and coordinating technical issues with project consultants.

Responsibilities:

- Produce construction drawings using Revit

- Work on a variety of institutional projects from municipal works, public works, educational, K-12, higher education, etc.; healthcare OR educational is a HUGE plus but not required

- Site visits when needed

- Research building codes

- Involved in projects from schematic design, design development, construction drawings

Essential Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in architecture

- Institutional project experience; includes municipal, k-12, higher education, public, etc. OR larger scale ground-up projects

- Ability to use REVIT to create construction drawing sets with limited to no guidance

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture5+ years of experience designing public-use facilitiesStrong design backgroundProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other graphics programsEye for detailAbility to see the overall scope of a projectGood interpersonal and communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00

Candidates would receive the standard firm PTO (17 days) and 10 holidays and would receive the firm's standard medical benefits

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Paramus,NJ.
