Job Description
You will be working on multi-family and mixed-use construction projects in the KC Metro area. This role requires collaboration with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to determine project needs, set performance goals and deadlines, and plan construction processes. You will estimate costs, ensure the project stays on budget, supervise staff, monitor and report on project progress, plan inspections, obtain necessary permits, implement safety and quality guidelines, order equipment, and maintain material stock. Additionally, you will ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly, and resolve any on-site issues and emergencies.

The work is done in a construction trailer and office. Local jobs with a sister company providing lumber materials. Cell phone and laptop are provided.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $115000.00
We over our full time employees Health, Dental and Vision to the paid by NCCI. We offer their spouse and family coverage at cost to the employee that would be deducted weekly from their paycheck. 401K/Roth is available at hire or anytime the employee would like to sign up. NCCI matches 10% of employee contribution once enrolled in the program for one year, up to $1,000.00 per year.
Salaried employees receive five days paid vacation to be used the first fiscal year (PTO does not roll over). Second year ten days of PTO, 5 years fifteen days of PTO. Salaried employees also get 6 paid holidays.
Employees are paid weekly.
