Pay Range: $50/hr - $53.57/hr

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Transformation Lead with a strong background in Coupa to spearhead our procurement transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the adoption, integration, and optimization of Coupa and other tools transformation across our organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to streamline procurement operations, drive cost savings, and enhance supplier management capabilities

Strategic Procurement (80%)
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Coupa procurement solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Support procurement transformation strategies to optimize processes and achieve operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure Coupa modules, and customize workflows to meet business needs.
Lead procurement and cross-functional teams throughout the Coupa implementation and beyond, ensuring adoption and proficiency.
Drive change management efforts to promote user adoption and maximize the benefits of Coupa across the organization.
Support implementation of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process optimization.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, to foster collaboration and drive strategic partnerships.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in procurement technology, leveraging Coupa updates and functionalities to enhance procurement operations.

Transformational Leadership (20%)
Support procurement activities ensuring alignment with technology roadmaps and business continuity objectives.
Negotiate IT contracts and vendor agreements to optimize costs, improve service delivery, and enhance technology capabilities in alignment with business needs

You Bring
Curiosity: This position will require building-from-scratch thinking in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Procurement Transformation Lead or similar role, with a strong background in implementing and optimizing Coupa procurement solutions.
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, best practices, and industry trends.
Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from inception to completion.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve procurement performance.
Coupa certifications (e.g., Coupa Certified Implementation Lead) are preferred.
Experience in change management, training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Proficiency in procurement tools and systems, along with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance considerations relevant to procurement activities.
Passion for sustainability and familiarity with sustainable sourcing practices are preferred.
Be a proactive self-starter who is comfortable navigating dynamic work environments with shifting priorities.
Effective in engaging and collaborating across different departments.
Experience in the Automotive Industry is ideal. Benefits:
