Typical responsibilities will include:
Client facing reporting Multi-disciplinary team leadership Plan and successfully execute projects Understand and interpret the scope of each project Plan and agree project deliverables Provide appropriate advice on the management of projects Manage project information within a Common Data Environment Manage procurement processes Programme management Risk and change management Responsibility for establishing capital budget parameters and cash flow of projects Administering industry standard contracts Understand and implement quality management processes Using IT system to maximise services delivery Responsibility for accounting, costing and billingAbout You:
Experience working on complex infrastructure projects PMQ Accredited preferably Past experience of managing multiple projects with a keen interest in developing skills in scheduling and project management Strong communication skills including the ability to manage meetings with senior client representatives A collaborative approach including managing large technical teams Proven ability to deliver to deadlines Able to work collaboratively with clients in order to deliver results Professional and ethical in everything that you do Able to identify and develop a phased approach to delivery, working collaboratively with the client to understand and agree the project requirements. Team player, able to deliver multiple projects to tight deadlines and to form effective relationships. Determined approach to delivery Good practical application of Microsoft Software, including Project, Excel and Word Ability to prepare and implement a range of project tools including programmes, risk registers, Stakeholder Management Plans, Project Execution Plans and Quality Assurance Plans Driving licence preferable Suitability for SC Clearance as this may be needed in the futureAbout Tetra Tech:
