We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project\nManager to lead and manage delivery of ELV, SCADA and ICT systems in Al Madinah\nregion. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the\nplanning, coordination, execution, and completion of projects related to the\nsystems in road/tunnels infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities 
Project Planning and Execution: 
·       Develop\ncomprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource\nallocation. 
·       Coordinate\nwith stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. 
·       Ensure\nadherence to project management methodologies and best practices. 
·       Monitor\nproject progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement\nmitigation strategies. 
·       Manage\nproject documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and\nstatus reports. 
Team Leadership and Collaboration: 
·       Lead\ncross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, vendors, and\nsubcontractors. 
·       Provide\nclear direction, guidance, and support to team members. 
·       Foster\na collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effective\ncommunication and teamwork. 
·       Conduct\nregular team meetings to review project status, address challenges, and ensure\nalignment with project goals. 
Stakeholder Management: 
·       Establish\nand maintain strong relationships with end users, and key project\nstakeholders. 
·       Regularly\ncommunicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to\nstakeholders. 
·       Address\nstakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the project\nlifecycle. 
·       Collaborate\nwith the client’s Engineering and Delivery Teams to integrate systems and\nensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 
Quality Assurance and Risk Management: 
·       Implement\nquality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems and\nservices. 
·       Conduct\nregular inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications and\nstandards. 
·       Identify\nand mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and financial\nrisks. 
·       Implement\neffective change management processes to handle scope changes and minimize\nproject disruptions. 
Budget and Resource Management: 
·       Develop\nand manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources. 
·       Monitor\nproject expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address budgetary\nconstraints. 
·       Coordinate\nwith procurement teams to source and manage necessary equipment, materials, and\nservices. 

Qualifications: 

·       Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 
·       Proven experience as a Project Manager (+7 years), specifically in managing ELV, SCADA. ICT and security system projects within the infrastructure industry. 
·       Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. 
·       Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams. 
·       Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
·       Proficient in project management software and tools 
·       PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
