Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of project management experience and will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to project sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and Implement Projects: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Team Management: Collect and manage project teams, allocate resources, and support team members.Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules and timelines.Quality Assurance: Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including progress, risks, and issues.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between upper management, stakeholders, and project teams.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.Certifications: PMP, PMI, or other relevant certifications are preferred.Skills: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira), excellent communication and leadership skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Employee Benefits:Family operated/ owned company and provides an excellent opportunity for growth. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $63.00
