The successful candidates will be responsible for delivery of identified scopes of work from the handover from the sales team to the remittance of the invoice. Multiple jobs will be coordinated concurrently, delivering financial and commercial goals as per the individual contracts. Through the Project Manager, results will be achieved by problem solving, developing, and executing objectives for self and others to reach required goals.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Dedicated to multiple customers and support others where required as the primary point of contact for all aspects of the operation.

Primary customer contact for the duration of each project. Work with Engineering, ITO, Field Operations and other support functions to coordinate project development, implementation and control, taking into consideration customer specifications, cost effectiveness, company technical/engineering procedures, safety and optimum quality standards

Planning and implement the activities of staff and subcontractors according to financial / commercial parameters and in conjunction with the Operations Coordinator

Translating customer needs / requirements into detailed project plans while driving internal execution to meet project targets

Identifying opportunities to expand the project in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy our profitability requirements

Managing the project budget and timeline and ensure the resources are available to complete the project within budget and on time in order to meet customer obligations

Working with Sales to generate any variations required for scope overrun or expansion

Participating in pre-job briefing and ensure familiarisation with the workscope

Ensuring that all operations are carried out as per procedure and as per the Company’s HSE and Operating Procedures.

Ensuring that all subordinates are fully briefed on the workscope, their duties, the risks and HSE procedures and requirements.

Supporting invoicing on all required paperwork, including final reports and timesheets to enable timely processing

Maintaining effective communication with the client representative and the office

Contributing to the process of continuous training and qualification improvement of employees within the Department.

Ensuring that delivered services achieve highest quality and performance levels

Developing and maintain good customer relationships using solid communication skills

Resolving problems post project closure to ensure customer satisfaction

Partake with internal and external audit as required

Continuous improvement of service quality, as measured by customer satisfaction responses and first time project successes

Professional execution of all contracts without significant commercial exposure to the company.  Identification & management of risks associated with the project

Strong financial control over projects with accurate forecasting and reporting

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in an engineering discipline (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of experience in Field Services or project management)

Have Process and Pipeline experience is required for this role

Supervisory experience is essential

Offshore experience is essential for this role

Must be a self-starter and natural leader who is capable of working with little to no supervision and can motivate others to accomplish business objectives

Able to work within a multi-discipline, cross-functional team

Ability to multi -task in a high pressure environment

Ability to organize, assess, orchestrate, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones and deliverables

Have strong oral and written communication skills backed up with computer aptitude

Have ability to work across diverse personalities and agendas at various seniority levels across organizations to achieve goal
