We are seeking a Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' projects are executed flawlessly. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating and executing projects and surveys on time and within budget throughout the project lifecycle, building and nurturing key relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded, and engaging in daily interaction and coordination with both internal and external teams. This role demands exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
As a Project Manager with Forsta, you will:
Coordinate and successfully complete projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.Own all aspects of project management, from setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities to monitoring progress and driving the project forward. You'll act as the single point of contact for Forsta clients, building deep relationships with Forsta Surveys and Forsta Plus customers.Exemplify exceptional customer service skills by truly understanding customer needs and nurturing their accounts.Provide continual updates to management regarding the status of projects and accounts, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and growing the business with existing customers.Manage customer projects from start to finish, including preparing survey proposals, executing the full project, and handling project invoicing.Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, maintaining daily interaction via phone and email.Provide timely solutions to support client needs and drive the day-to-day business.Immerse yourself in clients' businesses, understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, and industries. You'll know their business model, how it performs, and what success looks like for them.QualificationsWhat's in Your Tool Kit:
Bachelor’s degree.Experience in the Market Research or Advertising industry is essential.2+ years of client-facing experience.Prior account/project management experience.Experience with Forsta Surveys (Decipher) and/or Forsta Plus (Confirmit) is a plus.Professional demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skills in English.Proven track record of outstanding customer service.Ability to develop and maintain long-term business partnerships with clients.Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to effectively manage all responsibilities associated with the role.About You:
