Project Manager
**Summary** The **Project Manager** is responsible for the management and execution of one or more Task Orders (TOs) under the IDIQ contract. This includes ensuring all technical solutions, schedules, and deliverables comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and contractual requirements. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for TO-specific matters, coordinating with the Program Manager, Government personnel, and other stakeholders to meet contract objectives effectively. **_This position is contingent upon contract award_** **Responsibilities** + Serve as the primary point of contact for TO execution, liaising with the Program Manager, Contracting Officer (KO), CORs, COTRs, and other Government representatives. + Manage and oversee TO operations, including scheduling, task assignments, deliverables, and resource allocation. + Lead multidisciplinary teams to execute TO activities, including design, integration, testing, maintenance, and documentation of FPCS systems. + Develop and maintain TO-specific Project Management Plans and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in accordance with the PWS. + Ensure compliance with contract specifications, technical requirements, and applicable safety and cybersecurity standards. + Address and resolve any technical or operational issues related to TO performance. + Conduct regular status updates and risk management reviews, providing detailed reports to the Government. + Ensure quality assurance and compliance with safety protocols during TO execution. + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) from an accredited institution (e.g., Defense Acquisition University, Program Management Institute, or equivalent). + Relevant training, degrees, or experience may substitute for certification, provided clear equivalency is demonstrated. + Three (3) years of experience as an overall Project Manager on projects of comparable complexity and physical size. + Experience managing subcontractors and performing repairs/renovations in occupied facilities, warehouse facilities, and administrative buildings. + Experience with Federal Government project management, including contract compliance and reporting. + Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or two (2) additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree. _Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_ + Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects. + Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules. + Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage effectively with Government and contractor personnel. + Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project management tools. + Ability to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks effectively. **Estimated Salary/Wage** USD $100,000.00/Yr.
