Supporting and managing industry changing projects
As a Relocation Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for working with a team to deliver challenging relocation and change management projects. Your continuous development of skills and adoption of new technologies is key to the impact you will have in this role. You will interact with clients and vendors to negotiate contracts, develop relocation and change management strategies, manage project related documentation, track move vendor RFPs, lead weekly relocation planning meetings, develop scope and schedule of assigned projects and serve as the SME responsible for all elements of the relocation planning and execution events including post move support. Your knowledge of transition and change management will speak to your ability to support your team in delivering interesting and industry changing projects.

You are focused on creating an energized and collaborative environment. Your primary focus will be project delivery and driving client satisfaction through teamwork and relationship development. You are proactive and forward thinking, seeking to understand the needs perspectives and motivations of clients. You will also be able to lead change management activities and manage projects of varying sizes and scope including change management and relocation projects up to and over 500 associates.
Relocation Project Manager - PDS Variable
Job Title: Project Manager, Relocation
The Relocation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of moves and relocations. This role involves coordinating move activities, ensuring seamless transitions, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Relocation Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to successfully execute moves within budget and schedule constraints.
What This Job Involves:
Lead a team of move coordinators and support staff. Plan, organize, and execute moves and relocations for clients. Coordinate activities with property management, facilities management, and all involved parties. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate and manage relocation communications and change management plans Incorporate best practices and industry standards into move processes. Ensure compliance with client requirements, as well as company policies and procedures. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to moves. Collaborate with internal teams, including occupancy planning, project management, and construction, to facilitate successful moves. Oversee vendor selection, procurement, and management for move-related services. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review project progress and address any issues or concerns.What your Day-to-Day will look like:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of move management best practices and industry standards. Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts.Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred(4+ years) of relevant experience, related to relocation project management.Commercial facilities management, occupancy planning, change management or project management experience preferredEstimated total compensation for this position:
