-Capacity to engage in value engineering and estimate activities related to preconstruction.
-Collaborate with other project managers to identify substitute approaches.
-Effectively coordinate subcontracts with the superintendent(s) and complete scopes of work on your own.
-Work out change orders and money issues with the owners.
-Point of contact for personnel working in project management, including architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors.
-With subcontractors and owners, record and discuss any changes that could impact the project's completion or contract costs.
-Create a plan for quality control and assurance in the field with the superintendent.What You Need for this PositionAt least 5 years of construction experience with a combination of the following:
