We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overall leadership and management of designated projects from conversion, through construction to handover and finalisation.
The role requires effective Zero Harm management and continual fiscal and financial control, strong leadership, good communication and sound management of project teams.
What you’ll bring
A Tertiary qualified in either a building or engineering discipline, or a trades background is required.Experience in site-based construction roles that have provided experience in all aspects of project delivery.Exceptional knowledge of WHS implementation procedures and a proficient background working knowledge of project Zero Harm requirements.Good working understanding of the principles of 'Forecast Cost at Completion.Knowledge of industrial relations issues and landscape to achieve outcomes in line with company objectives.Understanding of industry suites of building contracts and building contracts law.

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
